1. Eligibility

5. E-Commerce Terms (mart.lulumarjaan.com & gp.lulumarjaan.com)
- Orders are processed upon confirmation via COD, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer.
- Delivery times vary (24 hours to 15 days) depending on the product and location.
- Area-wise delivery charges apply.
- Return/refund is available within 7 days if the product is damaged or not as described.
6. B2B Terms (b2b.lulumarjaan.com)
- Lulumarjaan acts as a platform and does not guarantee the quality or authenticity of B2B products.
- All transactions and communications are at users’ own risk.
7. Vendor Responsibilities
- Vendors must provide accurate business and product/service information.
- CNIC verification may be required for e-commerce or services listings.
- Any violation may result in suspension or termination of account.
8. Limitation of Liability
Lulumarjaan is not responsible for:
- Damages caused by other users or third-party service providers.
- Product quality, delivery, or disputes between buyers and sellers in classifieds or B2B sections.
- Any loss due to delay or technical failures.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on Lulumarjaan (text, graphics, logo, design, etc.) is the intellectual property of Lulumarjaan unless otherwise stated. You may not use, copy, or reproduce it without permission.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Karachi.
