To initiate a return or refund:

      • Photographic evidence of the issue (if applicable)
  2. Once we receive your request and verify the details, we will:
    • Provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
    • Offer a return shipping label or arrange a pick-up, depending on the product.
  3. Return Shipping: If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping cost. If the return is due to a change of mind or other non-defective reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
  4. Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it for eligibility. If it meets the conditions for a refund, we will:
    • Process your refund to the original payment method.
    • Refunds may take 7–14 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
