1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds in the following conditions:
- Damaged Products: If the product is received in a damaged condition.
- Incorrect Products: If the product you received is not the one you ordered.
- Defective Items: If the product is defective and cannot be used as intended.
2. Return & Refund Process
To initiate a return or refund:
- Contact our Customer Support Team via email at support@lulumarjaan.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Product(s) in question
- A detailed explanation of the issue (e.g., damage, incorrect item)
- Photographic evidence of the issue (if applicable)
- Once we receive your request and verify the details, we will:
- Provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Offer a return shipping label or arrange a pick-up, depending on the product.
- Return Shipping: If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping cost. If the return is due to a change of mind or other non-defective reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it for eligibility. If it meets the conditions for a refund, we will:
- Process your refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 7–14 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Return Window
You may return the product within 7 days of receiving it, unless otherwise specified in the product description or agreed upon with customer support.
- If the item is defective, you can return it within 7 days or longer depending on the product type.
- If the return request is delayed beyond 7 days, we may still accept the return but it will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered (unless damaged or defective).
- Personal care items, including cosmetics or hygiene-related products.
- Perishable goods, including food and medicine.
- Gift cards, digital content, or services.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.):
- Full Refunds will be provided for products that meet our return conditions.
- Partial Refunds may be given for opened or partially used items, as determined by the inspection team.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item.
6. Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 14 working days, please check the following:
- Bank Processing Time: Your bank or credit card company may take some time to process the refund.
- Contact Us: If you still haven’t received the refund after this period, please contact us at support@lulumarjaan.com.
8. Canceling an Order
You can request to cancel an order before it ships. Once an order is shipped, you cannot cancel it, but you can return it once received (following the process above).
9. Right to Refuse Returns/Refunds
We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund if:
- The product has been used or opened without prior approval.
- Return requests are made after the return window has passed.
- The product is returned without original packaging, including tags, labels, or seals.
